Just hope the earthquake won't cause too much damage and death. It is sad the aftershock can still reach 7.

No matter how advanced our technology is, how much preparation we have done, we still can't fight natural disaster. The best we can do as human is to keep ourselves together, to protect the people around you and to rebuild the nation after any shock. I salute the braveness and disciplinary of Japanese. I wish the natural finishes the test to Japan. The earth stops roaring.

Unbelievable what is happening there. Japanese are the strongest people on earth. For me, I will run away. But can you leave your nation? Not easy

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling. PAM4 lets data rates double with only a small increase in channel bandwidth by sending two bits per symbol. But, it brings new measurement and analysis problems. Signal integrity sage Ransom Stephens will explain how PAM4 differs from NRZ and what to expect in design, measurement, and signal analysis.
