I'm interested in superconductivity. It promises many things. But it's taking long now to fulfil our dreams. There are many bricks constructing the wall. Perhaps this will become a gigantic change to our technology. The article describes the possibility of having superconducting transistors. But 30 Kelvin seems to me still to low temperature and the search is for ambient temperature. The quest still goes ahead.

Superconductivity seems to be a technology that is perpetually "almost there," but these Brookhaven researchers seem to be committed to solving the mystery, and they are actually making progress. Keep you fingers crossed!
