9.5 and 7.1 are the 1Q10 figures. The 1Q11 figures show Intel 44% higher than Samsung.

9.5 is 33% better than 7.1, not 44% better. Was this error made by IC Insights or was it an error in transcription?

Very interesting. I think Samsung could still win this race especially when we consider that Intel has not found a way into the mobile market. Of course, we know about the 3D but that is just 3D and will take years to reach the customer
