I guess the reduced guidance is more due to most of the apple cosumers already having the latest iPod/iPad/iPhone versions and one has to agree that beyond a couple of revisions the products loose their sheen.

If the market is expecting a better iPhone, a better iPad and another Mac with a better OSX, will this expectation contribute to the decline of sales if it happens? Is the shrinking of iPod market be another contributor?

Apple attributes its reduced guidance for next quarter to "a future product transition." Whatever that is all about, it will be quite interesting to see what new surprises Apple has for us this Fall.

A company struggling for existence before few year is now making record breaking profits. This due to the offbeat inventions and products design and development being done by Apple Inc.

Credit goes to Steve Jobs and all in Apple! I think Steve Jobs has set an example as the most successful CEO at the present time. Is there any reason given behind the speculation of slower growth in the coming quarters?

I am very jealous of Apple stock holders. I wish it can crash to $200 SO THAT I can buy. I am so ashamed that I cannot afford it as this value right now. Apple, I wish I can bite you.

Apple is so great to still make so much money in this economic situation and yet the gross margin goes up!
