Changes many of which could have been avoided from the beginning if not for strategic mid-judgments of the CEO and the board. It should not be the employees who pay for that!

It is good to see a company making hard but needed changes. I hope that it will be successful for them. I know that it is hard on those being laid off, I hope that they will be able to find employment soon. The razor thin consumer market is a hard place to be and profit in as we have seen. Tough decisions for tough times. Let's hope it works and they can grow again next year. They took their place in the customers back office for granted.

Maybe this is good to Cisco to focus on its high profit segment. The impact from China seems great!
