@ReneCardenas, this company was started by ex-TIer and most of the people who work are all ex-TIers. You can find their achievement sheet here http://www.cosmiccircuits.com/about-us

Why should this come as a surprise ? Indians are involved in almost every high tech business. Why the "Indian company does XYZ" story angle?

It would be niece to read more details, and background on Cosmic Circuits, besides the creative name.

I've been used this company's IPs for sometime now and loving it. They are ex-TI guys and have good background on analog design unlike many other Indian design houses. But their sales support has a lot more room for improvement.

Felicitations! It will be interesting to know how Cosmic Circuits were able to get this account? Can we have an interview with Cosmic Circuit spokes person?

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling. PAM4 lets data rates double with only a small increase in channel bandwidth by sending two bits per symbol. But, it brings new measurement and analysis problems. Signal integrity sage Ransom Stephens will explain how PAM4 differs from NRZ and what to expect in design, measurement, and signal analysis.
