Seemingly, India is trying to be the 2nd biggest wired country, if not 1st, in the world. Communication infrastructure is very important to the growth of a country especially if the target is to grow it to one of the biggest manufacturing hub. Will India replace China to be the biggest manufacturing country in next decade? What's required to make it happened?
