They are expecting 3 feet of snow in the next hour which will stop traffic, so Ron is preparing to spend the next few days in comfort here instead of in his car. He even cobbled together a satellite receiver for the Bills game.

With across the board pay cuts Ray had to drop cable at home, so he build a Satellite receiver from spare test equipment. Not only can he get domestic channels, but also internal channels.
