To me, NFC, BT4.0 and WiFi Direct seems great potential to solve our daily problem. WiFi Display and DLNA are "nice to have" feature but I don't necessary like to watch Blu-ray video on tiny iPhone screen. Does anybody want Bluetooth 3.0+HS (Bluetooth over WiFi)?

Just wonder how long it will take to dominate the market with a proven technology. Of course, I even curious if the adoption of a certain technology is solely because the unbeatable performance of that technology or some other commercial consideration. As a user, I don't care what technology it is but just care if my payment is safe.

It is better to wait for the creases to be ironed out and not be in a hurry to introduced unbaked new technology products into the market. With so many new communication standards getting introduced into the mobile domain now it is going to be really tricky and challenging to design products that will be compatible to all the upcoming standards.
