While I'm not qualified to comment upon the circuit changes, UBM TechInsights deserves kudos for their elegant and user friendly video of the iPhone 4S teardown. Well done!

Nice animation. The circuit is really so closely packed. It is a piece of art.

Very few nontechnical persons will be able to praise as there in nothing visibally change in the iPhone 4S as compared to iPhone 4. All the changes are in the chipsets, except the CDMA-GSM compatibility and FM demodulation capability. Lets hope for the best out of it.

Very nice work. A look of people have broken into iPhone 4s. Possibly, in few months, the inside will be cloned in China.
