The Thailand floods have had a disruption of 6-months in the supply chain ecosystem. But as with many electronic hardware companies in the aftermath of Japan's earthquake this year, second-sourcing in different geographical locations became more important than before. It surprises me if Intel did not factor this in business upheavals.
