First sentence suggests Samsung at 19 nm, but actually they should be transitioning from 21 to 16 nm.

Yes, you are correct. http://www.eetimes.com/electronics-news/4231138/Intel-Micron-128-Gbit-NAND-flash-memory Supposed to be in production in the fist half of this year....
