Yes and no, it use SiGe epitaxially grown in PMOS , something that INtel used since 65nm node. But the channel is not in SiGe. Thanks Arabinda

This is one acquisition in the industry that has not killed the company being acquired! sub-30nm would imply the latests TSMC 28nm node. Is that really a SiGe technology?
