The Chinese manufacturer Keen high seems to have a good manufacturing and design facility. Also Movidius is working for Toshiba for a 3-D image capture system for integration by camera module makers and for use in smartphones.

Seems like the industry is seeing lots of deals these days. China is also poised to become a big player in the fab business. I think this is over for U.S. and Western Europe
