Cellular networks and DTV systems can be used as distributed radar systems to detect stealth aircraft like the F22. Wonder why Huawei with it's PLA connections would be interested in this technology?

Intel has been forging partnerships with companies. They continue to get the bests out of these deals. It is not likely that Intel can lose any battle in the market as they are well invested or well partnered. Huawei is ruling the emerging market industry and they will continue to do that because of their low cost strategy.
