PS: can't agree more with your comment that a major obstacle to US innovation is foreign STEM graduates being forced to leave the country. The problem is so acute that we're going to launch a ship in international waters 30 minutes from the California coast near Silicon Valley, to host these founders without US work visa restrictions.
