It depends on how large (how many peltier cells are connected) as each just generate 250uV and current is limited due to form factor. I've seen some people are using one of Micropelt product for a temperature gradient of 2C but it is in 0.1mW range.

thank you @wlad01...10mW is very impressive, I am used to microwatts levels with any harvesting device...how much temperature gradient do you need to get 10mW?

The output power ranges from about 100 uW to 10 mW, depending on the available temperaute gradient and can power wireless sensors and actuators. Micropelt.
