That is a terrible headline. Samsung is the injured party and your headline implies that Samsung execs have been charged with theft alongside LG execs. To restate this, an ex Sampsung and current LG employess have been charged with IP theft from Samsung. No Samsung employees have been charged with IP theft. A much better headline could have been. "LG Execs Charged with OLED IP theft from Samsung."

Yeh I do believe the heading gives a complete different meaning than what has happened actually. I hope Samsung will still retain them to get the research going smoothly.

"Six former or CURRENT researchers at Samsung" were charged according to the reports. Samsung is claiming to be an injured party but I understand LG is denying that they received any illicitly obtaind information.

Employee looking for job at competition reveals tech from current employer. Happens all the time. Nothing new here! I remember once a senior manager telling me this, He interviews 2-3 candidates from the competition every month, with no intention of hiring, but just to leak out the secrets . Most candidates spill out enough secrets for this guy to evaluate the competition.
