Unfortunately ULIS seems to be least interested in other worldwide customers. There is absolutely no info about their sensors or systems using these sensors on their website, not even the basic datasheets.
You send requests for info and product availability but no one is ever interested in you. No info about distributors, products, designs or tools. It seems they view every one on the planet as their competitors and hence hide these. Good for them!
Perhaps I'm naive but it seems that product design and compelling user interfaces are needed more urgently than a new manufacturing facility. IR imaging is readily available at low cost; shaving a percentage off the price is less important than developing the "killer application" that all automobile manufacturing regard as essential to include in their designs.
