Remember that with each acquisition the smaller EDA company typically has up to 50% of their employees "let go". Then the real work of creating a credible product roadmap begins in earnest, and we still haven't seen a roadmap of the Magma/Synopsys product overlaps. Seems to me that growth by acquisition is the only strategy at Synopsys these days. Should somebody remind them what is organic growth?
