Or you could use a static analysis tool like LINT which has all the rules and look at that.

You have to buy the MISRA documents (they are not that expensive. The http://www.jsf.mil/downloads/documents/JSF_AV_C++_Coding_Standards_Rev_C.doc is partly baed on MISRA
