Fish and Chips "Stop" Free Chicken Strips Somewhat like the Chicken Strips, I have seen one called "Tearable Jokes" with little puns printed on tear off strips.

"Trust me - I'm an engineer" If I had a coconut for every time I've heard that one. As you say, there's a ton of stuff like this around -- it's not worth going looking for, but when it drops into your lap via an email (or, as far as you are concerned, via a blog like this one), it can be worth taking a few minutes break to have a bit of a laugh. Re David having enough free time to sift through stuff ... you have to be joking -- he works night and day -- he's always slogging away on stuff -- all he did was forward me an email that came his way...

NO, I don't sift through the internet - people send me this stuff. Most of it gets a quick read and is then deleted. Some of the better ones I will send on to guys like Max who I think might appreciate them - but this is a VERY small proportion - there is - as you say - LOTS of rubbish around....

LATEST ARCHIVED BROADCAST

What are the engineering and design challenges in creating successful IoT devices? These devices are usually small, resource-constrained electronics designed to sense, collect, send, and/or interpret data. Some of the devices need to be smart enough to act upon data in real time, 24/7. Specifically the guests will discuss sensors, security, and lessons from IoT deployments.
