I used the prior 800 and 900 volt parts on lightning suppresion high side protection circuit now flying on the Boeing 787 Deamliner.
had accidntly over voltaged these parts while trying t get to 750 volts at another LRU way from the injection point near the controller.
the tech running the power injector did not tell me how high the voltage was at the injectin location near the controller.When after many ycles over 00 volts inject the FETs finally failed. The passives and novel design integrating both the passives and active components alowed this ~ 3:1 over spec injection to pass faiure multple times.
