Actually, the Qualcom communications chip is a different lower power version and the front camera (is now HD). Sure there are other chip upgrades for WI-FI (Broadcom).

Do it my way. Press on the print button in the bottom of the article. Then a window will open with all the info. Easily scrollable.

Breaking it into 25 pages is an insult to the reader's intelligence. There's no reason to do that, beyond shoveling more ads.

I agree on the extra functionality for the iPad mini. Then again, I think all the small yet capable tablets should have phone call functionality. At the end of the day one could use a Bluetooth or wired headset.

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling. PAM4 lets data rates double with only a small increase in channel bandwidth by sending two bits per symbol. But, it brings new measurement and analysis problems. Signal integrity sage Ransom Stephens will explain how PAM4 differs from NRZ and what to expect in design, measurement, and signal analysis.
