they are talking nano scale production and so all this will be encased in a [flexable] package, perhaps University of Pennsylvania should take their work over to the UK plasics imitatives to get products based on this into commercial role to role production etc sooner rather than later. Isn't selenium very toxic like sulfur? Yet these tend to be volatilized from selenides or sulfides, especially in oxygen exchange reactions.
