Thanks, the world needs more introductions to technical subjects...as those of us that have focused on chip making tend to confuse the education of the new guys with war stories and trivia and lots of acronyms. Keep up the nice writing.

To say that Andy Weir's The Martian is an exploration of math, Mars, and feces is a slight simplification. I doubt that the author would have any complaints, though.
