Gee another government agency lagging behind in technology and information.
I have seen several discussions of this issue and I have to admit, it makes the SEC look really silly. Put this information on top of their ability to see and or react to the recent market struggles and you have to ask is anyone is awake at the SEC.
A great example of too much government doing too little to benefit anyone.
