Perhaps Samsung went for a pre-emptive strike here, but thankfully not all people can be fooled. Its high time these responsible companies sort out differences in a mutually agreeable manner and concentrate of innovation and product differentiation.

There are plenty of articles accusing Apple of dirty tricks and legal games against Samsung.

If the European authorities have said the same thing about Apple, then I would be reading 100 comments accusing Apple of all sort of things. I guess being an underdog helps.
