Well, anything that is is worth having is likely to become a standards essential technology. This is seems unbalanced compared to the recent wins by Apple... Probably good for the consumer, however.

Kudos to Rick Merritt and "EE Times" for reporting on the details of the FCC consent order which seem to have been missed by the general news media. The story behind the story is often the best part!
