I'd lump 28 and 40 nm together. There's no litho advantage for 28 over 40, there could only be a device performance advantage. Or you can say, 28 nm is the 'real' 40 nm that tsmc intended.

Good to see TSMC raise its expectations for the first quarter of 2013. I am sure in 2013 we will see modest recovery in semiconductor industry.
