I have read the article and i came to know unlocking is illegal in USA after Jan 26-2013.But the petition pending to get approval from higher authority.If you want to unlock Old DCT nokia phones,Samsung old model phones and some other brands old models(Purchased before jan-2013-26),you can use free code.Get free unlock code from the site http://www.unlocking4free.com/ and unlock it.

I would welcome the freedom to use my own cellphone as I wish rather than being locked into any particular provider. I am amazed at the really dumb laws that get passed with the apparent goal of protecting some company rather than the consumer! Way to go!

It's about time the cell phone industry is opened up, much like the wired telephone industry ws way back in the 1980s. We should be able to buy any cell phone we want to use with any provider we want. I never understood why in the US, consumers are so often herded into these walled gardens, in the past 30 years or so, and put up with it.

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling. PAM4 lets data rates double with only a small increase in channel bandwidth by sending two bits per symbol. But, it brings new measurement and analysis problems.
