re: Product How-To: Adding Class D audio to embedded systems in an unconventional way

While it is not that hard to create a class "D" audio amplifier that functions at some level, creating one that has very low distortion and low noise, is quite a different task. While in theory a class "D" amplifier can be capable of very low distortion, what we often see is something that "sounds good" to those who are not bothered by 10% distortion as a routine condition. And of course power supply rejection is also an area where cheaper acts against better.

What about power supply rejection? And do we really need another introduction to amplifier classes? Sorry to sound grumpy here but I got my coffee late this AM :)
