As one who has had two projects stilted by Tesserra's ridiculous IP claims I find this whole soap opera kind of funny. Poetic justice perhaps. Karma. Here you have a bunch of IP trolls (who have never made anything) battling it out with a bunch of finance guys (who have never made anything) over the table scraps of a flawed business model using black mail proxy fights. Would the world be a better place if all this intellect were redirected to a more productive use?
