No Apps. No thanks. I am using a Galaxy s3 and recently bought a Lumia 820 to switch away from Android for a while. After using it for a few days, I realised that many of the apps that I use on a daily basis in Android/iOS doesnt exist in Win Mobile. Same case with Blackberry, and makes it harder for people like me to buy one

I recently purchased a BB9900. Nothing wrong with the BB from phone perspective. If people are interested in apps, apps..we have iPad, Ipod, nano, etc. Critically, if one analyzes, there cannot be more than 10-15 things one can do. Today we have more devices with a lot of redundancies, now they are talking smart watch, smart glasses. Simply it looks like smart_device*individual=constant. I fear dire consequences. The point is, do we need another device, so what if it is BB/iPhone/Samsung/Lumia.

The fact that this question, "Can Blackberry make a come back", is even being asked will make me think twice before purchasing a Blackberry phone.

Yeah, just go one for my wife and she loves it. Voice quality is amazing, browser is great, and it's truly a multi tasking device, something that Android and iOS fanboys won't really appreciate. Don't get me wrong, I use Nexus 4, but at the end, these phones are all the same shit, and it only comes down to personal preference.

Give it time, it's still early into the launch.

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling. PAM4 lets data rates double with only a small increase in channel bandwidth by sending two bits per symbol. But, it brings new measurement and analysis problems. Signal integrity sage Ransom Stephens will explain how PAM4 differs from NRZ and what to expect in design, measurement, and signal analysis.
