Well TSMC should have learned lessons about capacity from 28 nm as well as yield from 40 nm, so hopefully they'll be more careful for 20 nm.

Having a big customer driving the next technology node helps. There is pressure to get it installed and running and also a financial incentive.

TSMC 20/16nm can ramp- up quicker than in 28nm
