Brian, thanks for this interview with Dr. Bose, as many of his impressions going from a gigantic organization, to a big (EDA) one and now a startup mirror thoughts that have gone through my mind over the past ten years (minus six weeks!). These days, corporate jobs are no less stable than those in a startup or SME, and those feelings of security that we had in larger organizations really turned out to be an illusion after things changed.
