@selinz, yes I think the emphasis is on replacing HDD in the enterprise/server space with flash or storage-class alternatives. The cost/bit and reliability issues are still vastly different from HDD.

Presumably they will not really be creating the chips themselves, but rather big system integration. They have been looking at alternatives to flash (PCM) etc. for quite some time.
