I listened about many leader but today I come to know about Research leader. It is nice and I got a lot of information about this. According to my point of view to be a leader is really a difficult tax and several inner talent and skill required for this. Many career oriented young generation like or prefer to go for coaching or training. But an effective coaching is few. Searching a good leader to enhance inner quality and make career according to our own choice is really difficult. So it is our responsible to go for a good coaching.

I got inspiration after reading about Europe stealth semiconductor research leader. Thanks for these useful information. Career coach training

Probaly 1st used for power gating and not for logic, low level logic that does not need speed. If contact resisitanc eis made low enough these could be put in series to provide better MTBF for the case of stuck switch on. Low frequency logic will also be applicable for this.
