North Korea has been like barking dog for 60 years. And, I do not think Samsung and SK Hynix memories are produced in Korea. Samsung has memory manufacturing facility all over the world. No need to be concerned even if the barking dog decides to byte.

I think the risk in South Korea due to North Korean's threat is much much less than Taiwan gets rattled by earthquakes. Everyone in South Korea knows this.

North Korea is like a rabid dog you bring out to scare the neighbors. The people running the country know that if they do anything beyond threatening that they will soon be out of power. So I think we can avoid the fear factor here as this dog will not bite unless cornered. Just my opinion.
