if u wud have read thru the comments in that article, you would have understood why 7-8% are just baloney. They basically counted the Core i5/7 based win 8 tablets which makes no sense.

.2 % after 10 years Intel does not have the DNA to compete in mobile market. It required cost cost cost focus Even the .2% was not earn but bought with marketing/development $

"In contrast Intel gained just 0.2 percent revenue share" this must be the real numbers. a few days back there was this nonsensical report on how Intel have 7-8% of mobile market.
