Every smartphones/tablets has it but it's features are severely under-utilized right now. We need more apps using these features..... You may not need these features after all....

Well, while I can not exactly state accelerometers had it coming, one has to wonder if the innovation pipeline has kept up with the glut of cheaper MEMS supply. To that end, it would serve the MEMS developers to spur ecosystems where innovation is nurtured. There is only so much that the handset and tablet makers can do... but for the accelerometers to proliferate on a larger scale as in IoT, I think smaller and nimble startups need to be supported. Good one! Do you think the deceleration is due to system's damping finally kicking in or the motion had pseudo acceleration to begin with?!! MP Divakar

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling.
