Rk3188 is Quad core 2Ghz high k and produced good experience in Cube

Globalfoundries is also producing production of 28nm RK3188 Rockchip which is a popular SOC found in tables here in China

Globalfoundries and Samsung both have 28nm chips in market. Latest Exynos in Asia S4 is 28nm Limited Qualcomm LTE chips are from productions runs at Samsung and Global foundries

Tsmc 28nm yield are now outstanding. Not true at other foundries. Tsmc on track for more than 1M 28nm wafers a year. With average die sizes of 50-70mm2 that is resulting in about 600-700 good die per wafer or 600-700M / chips per year just out of 28nm alone.
