I see, but maybe then GF is not at such an advantage compared to IMEC members who do have such specialized equipment.

@resistion I wouldn't think so. IMEC has just bought a new tool suite for magnetic materials processing and I am thinking that is one reason why Qualcomm and Globalfoundries are working with IMEC on this.
