Sorry about the confusion on grounds, the triangle connection is simply meant to indicate a common connection which will be incorporated into a plane, not a ground connection. I'll see what I can do about getting the reference designators straightened out.

No correlation between reference designations of components in the text to those in Fig. 1, isn't it?
