The proof is in the next generation - new architecture, 3-gate, 2nm and 14nm -- until then all these analyses seem to me fairly irrelevant... only a warming-up for the coming battle

Not sure what you mean here. This is hardly irrelevant. MEMS is clearly pretty big business now. Are you talking about MEMS integrated with 22 nm and below CMOS??
