I was wondering if this could be employed on typical electric cars as opposed to just heavy load vehicles? This would both add to the drive range and improve efficiency as well. If it could be coupled into the regen brakes for charging the batteries that would be a nice possibly lower cost way to add shock energy into the batteries.
