I just returned a Pipo 8" tablet. Real junk. Advertised as global 3G. Oops, not including North America. Battery life sucked – lasted a few days in standby – with ALL radios off. Less than a day with WiFi enabled. Etc.
I am wondering when we would see products from this or if we will see them here in the US? It makes a lot of sense to leverage a working SOC and I like the quad/dual core options. Looks like they will have a high and low end offering maybe even more various with differences in memory and storage features.
