I used to live in a part of Cambridge, Mass. where the parking was unusually dense. I had a driveway, which was a luxury, but often had to deal with people who would park in front of the curb cut. One day, a driver really took the cake though: I caught her parking in my driveway and her response was "But I needed to park here."

Maybe the "Privae Parking" was another variant on the Toilet Parking. They just couldn't spell "privy"!
