I wonder who else Apple uses to make processors. Is this relationship switching from Samsung to TSMC or are there other chip makers involved such as Glofo?

So what about the A7, who makes it, what product does it go into, when ? Apple must come out with a Galaxy "killer" in both hardware and new apps.

Tons of rumors have been flying around here for more than a year and given Apple's secretive nature I suspect this story will be more speculation than anything for some time to come. That said, it makes sense Apple would want to ween itself from dependance on its archrival Samsung to make its chips, the secret ingredient of its products. TSMC and Intel are the logical choices.

To say that Andy Weir's The Martian is an exploration of math, Mars, and feces is a slight simplification. I doubt that the author would have any complaints, though.
