Maybe, Microsoft has learned from the automobile industry. They refresh a little bit the design of the old model and increase the prices before they come with a new model.

Nice work... I would have loved to see also the gaming controller tear down. It would be interesting to see what accels/gyros were used. MP Divakar

First to market has always been a huge concern among console vendors ... it could very well be a stop gap measure

Easy assemble and disassemble is always better. To maximize profit, management counts every screw. The fewer; the better. I wonder what's the motivation to launch XBox 360 E in this late time since the launch of XBox One is right around the corner. Would keeping Ouya to gain momentum be one of the reasons?
